These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of alexacebohuntingtonbeachluxuryrealty.com (the “Site”) and the text messaging program operated by Alex Acebo (“I,” “me,” or “my”), a real estate advisor with Bullock Russell Real Estate Services. By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Program name: Alex Acebo Real Estate Text Messages
Program description: When you opt in through a form on this Site, or by giving consent verbally or in writing, you agree to receive text messages from Alex Acebo, Bullock Russell Real Estate Services. These messages cover your real estate inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, property listings, home value information, market updates, and related real estate services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy or sell a home or to use any of my services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with me does not create an agency or client relationship. An agency relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by you and my brokerage.

Listing information comes from multiple listing services and other third-party sources. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Home value estimates are for general information only. They are not appraisals and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any financial decision. Please verify all information independently.
5. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Content on the Site, including blog posts, is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or lending advice. Please consult qualified professionals for advice about your situation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
