Information you give me. When you fill out a form, subscribe, request a home value, book a consultation, save a search, create an account, or contact me, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or property address; details about your real estate goals, such as the type of home, budget, location, and timeline; information about a property you own or want to sell; and any message or other information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, certain information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system; pages you view, links you click, and the date and time of your visit; the site or ad that referred you to my Site; and homes you search for or view and your search preferences.

Information from other sources. I may receive information about you from home search and valuation tools connected to my Site, from social media platforms if you contact me there, from referrals, and from public records.

2. HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use your information to respond to your questions and requests; provide real estate services, such as home searches, listing alerts, home value estimates, and consultations; send you market updates, listing information, and other communications you have asked for or agreed to receive; improve the Site and understand how visitors use it; follow up about services you have shown interest in; and meet legal, licensing, and professional obligations.

3. HOW I SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

I do not sell your personal information for money. I may share it with:

My brokerage. Bullock Russell Real Estate Services may receive information related to real estate services and transactions.

Service providers. Companies that help me operate my business, such as website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and text messaging, scheduling, home search and valuation tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to me.

Transaction professionals. With your direction or as needed for a transaction, I may share information with lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, other agents, and similar professionals.

Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Business changes. If my business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some analytics and advertising tools may collect information about your activity on the Site. Under some laws, this may be considered "sharing" for advertising. See Section 6 for your choices.

4. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES

If you provide your phone number or email address and agree to be contacted, I may call, email, or text you about real estate services, listings, and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of buying or selling a home or receiving any service.

SMS Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The Site and the tools connected to it use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

7. HOW LONG I KEEP INFORMATION

I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements (real estate transaction records are generally kept for a period required by California law), and to resolve disputes.

8. SECURITY

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank account details, by regular email or through Site forms.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as my brokerage, social media, scheduling, and home valuation and search tools. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
